Thank you for calling out how we'd want to spend our eternity by reflecting on how we take action here in this world. A priest in Minnesota once said our time here is a vehicle to the next leg of our pilgrimage. So how do we balance Sacred Tradition and Sacred Scripture?!
Thank you for the comment! That's my first comment in like 2 years. To answer your question, I don't think we have to balance Tradition and Scripture. The Church settles that for us. What we have to focus on is to live the Gospel and follow what the Church authoritatively teaches (doctrine). God be with you my friend. Thanks again for poking your head up. This platform has been a ghost town for me.
You're welcome, I don't know why it's a ghost town for you, but Blessed Carlo Acutis, pray for us. I don't understand your response about not needing to balance Tradition and Scripture because The Church settles that for us...are not the laity and the ordained (and all those who've come before) the Church? There is something for each one of us to partake in as we're many parts of One body.
Thank you for your prayers. Regarding ‘balancing tradition and scripture’ maybe I didn’t understand your comment, so mine didn’t make sense in response lol. Sorry for any confusion. And yes, we are all the church.

Thank you. Don't worry, you did not cause me confusion, I'm grateful for our dialogue because it's helping us move together even more fully.
