With all the attacks on Christians, both churches and personnel and beliefs, maybe it's time to revive the Militant Orders and send them to defend the body of Christ. The Templars, Hospitaller and Teutons, and other Church Knights might make people think twice before they attack the church.
I don't think that's a bad idea at all. Malls have mall security and the Pope has the Swiss Guard. Why shouldn't there be an order of modern-day "knights" that provide security for churches?
If there's one thing we learned during the lockdowns its how impotent the modern Church has become. Restricting worship during lockdowns was ridiculous, and more ridiculous that the local Churches did next to nothing to resist, even though they had legal legs to stand on. I can understand, in the early days of the pandemic when we didn't know much I could understand not having people crowd the inside of a Church. But why not have outdoor masses and confessions? Why not have many tiny indoor masses instead of the usual large/crowded masses? I think the Church did that during one of the plagues; instead of 3 or 4 large masses on Sundays they had repeated smaller masses with fewer people but then everyone had a chance to get to one of those numerous small masses. The Church's handling and behavior during Covid was just unacceptable to me, and I'm usually very patient with bad management.
“Though the devil may be hyperactive in our time, The Holy Spirit and the Blessed Mother are even more active. They have a surprise in store for the whole world, and they’re building it right now, right under our noses.” -> Beautiful and so very uplifting!

And shame on the churches and their leaders that shut down willingly and required vaccinations, very very weak and evil.
