You’re very welcome. I appreciate you reading it and leaving feedback! I hope it helps you. Remember to build slowly because you don’t want to burn out. If you find you built too ambitiously then just pull back, or start over with a less demanding formula. The soul is lazy and the will is weak by [fallen] nature. So The house of prayer should be challenging enough to build strength but not overtaxing to the point of breaking your spirit. Find balance. Thanks again my friend. God bless you.

Excellent resource, I will be saving this!

I would suggest an honorable mention be given to praying at 3pm, the hour of Christs death! I have a vague memory suggesting the Angelus should be prayed at 3pm, but I dont know where I got that from. Perhaps there is a specific indulgence associated with the practice.

Another great article, thank you!

Thank you again for reading it and for your support of my work!!

I know the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy is typically said at 3pm. While I never heard of the custom you're talking about, it does sound like a classical Catholic custom...to pray—anything—at 3pm to remember the crucifixion. It's called the Hour of Mercy. Thanks for the comment. You never know who might be moved, edified or inspired by something you write in a comment. They mean a lot! God bless you and yours, my friend!
